Health Qigong

 

Health Qigong students practice HQ to improve their quality of life, vitality and longevity through relaxed and gentle movements.

 

Easy to learn, the Health Qigong student simply aligns the body posture and movement, then adjusts the breath and third, adjusts mental activities. The Health Qigong student simply integrates the above 'three adjustments into one'. Through regular practice the student will reap the benefits. HQ is a psychosomatic exercise that adjusts body, breath and mind into one. "Qi" means "vital energy" and "gong" means "time/effort".

 

Health Qigong Canada Association (HQCA)'s, located at Hot Yoga Wellness (Concord), 1750 Steeles Ave W is a non-profit organization, promoting, teaching and practicing Qigong as a form of exercise for the benefit of fitness, health, well-being and for the enjoyment of its practitioners.
